These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Euro Circle ("Euro Circle", "we", "us", or "our") and its application, website, and services (the "Service").
By accessing or using Euro Circle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use Euro Circle.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:

Participate in savings circles in good faith
PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

CIRCLE PARTICIPATION RULES
By joining a savings circle, you agree to:
Make all payments on time
Respect the payout order
Not abandon or disrupt the circle
IMPORTANT:
If you are part of an active (ongoing) savings circle, you may NOT:
Leave the circle
Pause participation
Delete your account
until the circle is completed and all obligations are fulfilled.
This rule ensures fairness and protects all participants.
ACCOUNT DELETION & APPLE COMPLIANCE
Users have the right to request account deletion at any time.
However, in compliance with financial, contractual, and regulatory obligations, account deletion requests may be delayed or restricted if:
The user is part of an active savings circle
The user has pending or incomplete payments
There are unresolved financial obligations
Once all obligations are fulfilled, the user may request deletion again.
Account deletion will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
